August 26th
Carlos ended up taking me out on my birthday (Monday) to a beautiful bar that is on top of a very fancy hotel. It was all a surprise as I had no idea what he had planned, except that I was supposed to be dressed up. We had some cocktails and watched the sun set. The view was gorgeous. Finally, once it was dark out, Carlos told me his plans for dinner. He knows I love Asian food, and had been seeing some videos about Korean food, and thus had planned to eat at a Korean Barbecue. Our waiter was amazing and really helped us out to cook all the meats perfectly. It was totally delicious and so much fun! Finally, because it was my birthday, they gave me a free ice-cream to finish the meal. We returned home after the food, as the next day we both had a normal day (school and work).
August 27th
On Tuesday we organised a little cocktail party at a bar. Some of my friends were there as well as many friends from Carlos. One of his friends was also celebrating her birthday. After we went out, and although we were literally the only ones in the club, we had a great time together.
